Ceri Bailey

Ceri is responsible for all aspects of Mercia Asset Management PLC’s management accounting and financial reporting, and ensuring the integrity of the group’s internal control environment.

Ceri is a PwC trained Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience working in finance manager and financial controller roles, predominantly within listed businesses operating in the software and manufacturing sectors. Particular areas of expertise include implementing new accounting and management information systems, developing finance policies, procedures and processes, creating and maintaining robust internal controls.
