Alya Nadji

Alya Nadji, MPH, currently serves as the Associate Director of Health Equity Insights and Capabilities at Merck since November 2024. Previously, Alya held various roles at Independence Blue Cross from January 2019 to November 2024, including Manager of Health Equity Analytics and research analyst positions. Prior experiences encompass research assistant roles at Drexel University, PolicyLab at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, with responsibilities spanning data management, analysis, and community engagement initiatives. Alya obtained a Master of Public Health in Health Management and Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, both from Drexel University.
