Theresa Wennemer

Theresa Wennemer, MSHRD, has over two decades of experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions at Merck since April 2005, including Executive Director of Human Resources Learning & Development, Director of Human Resources, and Associate Director of Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to their tenure at Merck, Theresa served as an HR Business Partner and Talent Management Consultant at Unisys from 1999 to 2005, and worked as a Training Consultant at Independence Blue Cross from 1991 to 1996. Theresa holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's Degree in English from Villanova University.
