Yago Rodrigues

Yago Rodrigues has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Yago started their career as a Technical Intern at Fundacao Coppetec, where they provided support in equipment maintenance and assisted in conducting destructive tests on minerals.

After that, Yago worked as an Engineering Intern at Guanabara Diesel, a company specializing in commercial vehicle sales and services. Here, they gained experience in mechanical engineering and became familiar with the Mercedes-Benz product line.

Yago then joined Fabrimar as a Product Engineering Intern, where they contributed to the development of engineering projects related to product manufacturing.

In 2016, Yago ventured into the business and consulting field. Yago served as a Relationship and Communication Consultant at Comunidade Empodera, where they provided consulting services to clients.

Later that year, Yago took on a leadership role as the Administrative-Financial Director at WeCancer, a healthcare technology startup. Their responsibilities included managing financial operations and overseeing the development of a patient-centered app and web system for cancer treatment.

In the following years, Yago worked as a Founder at Diálogo Consultoria e Facilitação, a consulting and facilitation firm that focused on providing customized solutions to clients.

Yago then transitioned to sales roles, starting as a Sales Account Executive at Lalamove, where they were responsible for managing client accounts and driving sales growth.

Yago continued their sales career at isaac, where they served as a Sales Account Executive. Here, they played a key role in managing customer accounts and achieving sales targets.

Currently, Yago is working as an Inside Sales Executive at Mercos, contributing to the company's sales efforts and maintaining customer relationships.

Throughout their work experience, Yago has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different industries, develop strong relationships with clients, and leverage their engineering background to excel in sales and consultancy roles.

Yago Rodrigues has a diverse education history that spans from 2014 to 2026. In 2007, they attended Cefet/RJ - Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca, where they obtained a degree in Técnico em Mecânica in 2009. Yago then pursued their higher education at Universidade Unigranrio | Afya from 2020 to 2022, where they completed a degree in Processos Gerenciais.

In 2023, Yago enrolled at COPPEAD UFRJ to pursue a degree in Finanças Corporativas e Mercado Financeiro, with a field of study in Contabilidade e Finanças. Yago also concurrently enrolled at Universidade Veiga de Almeida in 2023, where they are expected to earn a Bachelor's degree in Ciências Contábeis with a specialization in Contabilidade in 2026.

In addition to their academic achievements, Yago has obtained various certifications throughout their educational journey. These include the certifications "ABC da Raça" from ID_BR - Instituto Identidades do Brasil in April 2023, "Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I)" and "Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I)" from Scrum.org in February 2023 and January 2023, respectively, and "Oratória" from Senac RJ in December 2022. Yago also obtained certifications in "Formação Workbook" from Receita Previsível® in September 2022, "Banco de Dados Modelagem, MySQL e PostgreSQL" from COTI INFORMATICA in August 2022, "Gerenciamento de Projetos" from IFRS in January 2022, and "Scrum Master" and "Gerenciamento de Projetos - PMBOK 6" from Green Tecnologia in January 2022 and December 2021, respectively.

Furthermore, Yago has acquired certifications in "BPMN 2.0 - Analista de Processos de Negócios" from Trainning Education in November 2021, "Fundamentos de Inside Sales para Vendedores" from RD University in November 2021, and "Analista de Negócios - Formação Babok" from Trainning Education in October 2021. Yago's educational journey began with the completion of certification programs in "Gerenciamento de Projetos Socioculturais" from UFRJ - Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in June 2016, "Imersão: Gestão Empresarial" from Fundação Estudar in April 2016, and "Avaliação Econômica de Projetos Sociais" from Itaú Social in September 2014.
