Greg Crosby has a long and varied career in the telecommunications industry. Greg began their career at Sprint in 1982, where they worked in Sales at the Local Division in Ohio before transferring to the Wireless Division and then to the Long Distance unit. In 1994, they were hired by TCI Communications, now part of Comcast, as Vice President of Marketing and Acting COO for Digital Telephony Services. Greg then moved to US WEST, now CenturyLink, as Vice President of Marketing for Long Distance and Card Services in 1996. In 1998, they returned to Sprint, now T-Mobile, as Assistant Vice President and VP of Broadband Products. In 2002, they joined McLeodUSA, now Windstream, as Group Vice President of Marketing. In 2006, they founded NextGen Marketing Group LLC, where they worked until 2019. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as Vice President and General Manager of the Iowa City/Coralville Market for ImOn Communications. Greg is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Mercury Broadband. Throughout their career, they have achieved numerous accomplishments, such as reversing membership churn and adding over 100 new members at the Iowa City Area Business Partnership, achieving market profitability in a little over two years at ImOn Communications, and leading the launch of multiple products and services at various companies.

Greg Crosby obtained their High School Diploma from St. Francis De Sales in 1977. Greg then attended The University of Toledo from 1973 to 1982, where they earned a BBA in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, they attended Rockhurst University from 1988 to 1991, where they earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
