Nicholas Leach

Nicholas Leach is a seasoned Senior Product Designer currently leading the design for banking and payments at Mercury, where the focus is on developing new features to enhance customer experience. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal Associate and Product Designer at Capital One, specializing in B2B payments, and holding various design leadership roles at Storyblocks, where significant contributions included introducing a design system and steering UX strategy. Nicholas has a diverse background in video production and client management from earlier roles at Vision III Imaging, Virginia Athletic Video Services, and internships at Digital Media Lab and Sony Pictures. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art (Cinematography) and Psychology from the University of Virginia and has completed additional education at General Assembly.
