Cheryl Tindle

Director, Contracts at Mercury Systems

Cheryl Tindle has a diverse and extensive work experience in contract management and legal roles. Cheryl started their career as a Legal Analyst at Blakely Sokoloff Taylor & Zafman from 1993 to 1997. Cheryl then worked at Rockwell International as a Contracts Manager from 1998 to 2005. Cheryl joined Qualcomm in 2006 as a Manager of Contracts, responsible for functional leadership in contract management. From 2008 to 2010, Cheryl participated in the Contracts Leadership Development Program at Raytheon. Cheryl continued their career at Raytheon as a Contracts Manager from 2008 to 2013. Cheryl then joined Meggitt in 2013 as a Commercial Director and later became the Director of US Government Contracting (2IC) from 2018 to 2020. Cheryl's next role was at General Dynamics, where they served as a Senior Director of Contracts (Functional Leader) from 2020 to 2023. Cheryl'slatest position is the Director of Contracts at Mercury Systems, starting in 2023.

Cheryl Tindle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Ecology with an emphasis on Criminal Law from the University of California, Irvine - School of Social Ecology. Cheryl also has additional certifications including the World Commerce & Contracting Expert Practitioner Certification from the World Commerce & Contracting institution and the Business Contracts Certification from UC Irvine.
