Ross Mohr

Ross Mohr has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ross currently serves as the Senior Director Account Management at Mercury Systems since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at PHYSICAL OPTICS CORPORATION, where they held the position of Senior Director - Air Force Programs and Director, Business Development - Airborne Systems. During their tenure, they achieved double-digit year-over-year growth, established relationships with USAF Leadership, and captured strategic programs. Before that, Ross worked as a Senior Consultant at Technical Management, Inc., where they provided recommendations and support in various technical domains. Ross also served as the VP of Strategy & Business Development at Hi-Shear Technology, where they achieved significant revenue growth, managed the company's strategic direction, and developed a strong sales organization. Ross also worked at Raytheon Corporation as a Senior Capture Manager, responsible for developing successful business capture strategies. Prior to that, they had various operations consulting engagements and served as the Chief Operating Officer at Maney Aircraft, Inc. Ross started their career at Kubota and Rockwell International - North American Aircraft. With their extensive experience across multiple industries and roles, Ross Mohr brings a wealth of expertise and skills to the table.

Ross Mohr has an MBA degree in Marketing and Venture Management from USC Marshall School of Business. Ross also holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University. Additionally, they have a Master of Science in Aeronautics & Astronautics from Purdue University - The Graduate School. Furthermore, they have another MBA degree from the University of Southern California.
