Brett Carroll

Brett Carroll is the Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Mercy College. Brett has over twenty years of experience in the financial industry, including positions at University of Hartford, CRG - Capital Recovery Group, Landmark Partners, The Taft School, and UBS Global Asset Management / UBS Realty Investors. Brett is responsible for the oversight of all University treasury functions, including cash management, short-term investments, endowment, and debt management.Serve as University's chief Risk Officer, managing all insurance programs.Oversee all major vending contracts and auxiliary operations.Act as primary contact and relationship officer with banks, investment consultants and other financial institutions.Develop and maintain the University's debt policy ensuring compliance with all bond covenants.Manage cost savings initiatives to achieve operating efficiencies and savings for the University.

Brett Carroll has a Master of Science in Management from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.

They work with Camille Shelley - Chief Information Officer, Adam Castro - Vice President of Admissions, and Kristen Bowes - General Counsel. Brett Carroll reports to Timothy L. Hall, President.
