Holly Gilchrist

Holly Gilchrist has held various talent management and HR roles in different organizations, including Mercy Community, yourtown, Compass Group, Spinal Life Australia, UnitingCare Queensland, Goodstart Early Learning, APN News & Media, and Brisbane City Council. Currently, Holly serves as the Head of Talent at Mercy Community, where Holly drives talent strategies across different areas such as workforce planning, learning & development, and talent acquisition. Holly holds a Bsc (Econ) in Sociology from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
