Kim Chelpaty

Kim Chelpaty has a diverse work experience spanning several industries over the years. Kim has held various roles in organizations such as Mercy Corps, National MS Society, American Cancer Society, Blackbaud, EarthLink, Citibank, PNC National Bank, and Tiffany & Co.

In their most recent position as Director at Mercy Corps, they managed mass market direct marketing channels/programs and fundraising optimization strategies. Kim led a team and oversaw the donor life cycle for individuals giving up to $10,000 annually.

Prior to that, they served as Director of Direct Marketing at the National MS Society, where they played a key role in driving their direct marketing efforts.

Kim Chelpaty completed a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Riverwood Associates in 2015. In 1987, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Merchandising, Business, and Marketing from Centenary University.
