Jessica K. Hoover, FACHE, MBA, has extensive leadership experience in operations within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Mercy. Previously, Jessica held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at Carter Healthcare. Jessica's early career included roles as an MBA Intern at Carter Healthcare and an Intramural Referee at Oklahoma Christian University. Additional experiences include working in beverage and consumer sales at FairFax Golf Course and coaching junior varsity soccer at Casady School. Jessica holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business and a BA in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University.
