David Thomas Fowler

Australian national, appointed as the Director of the Company in December 2014 pursuant to Deed No. 479 dated 22 December 2014, made before Notary Humberg Lie, S.H., S.E., M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta.

Currently, he serves as the Director of PT Bumi Suksesindo, PT Pani Bersama Jaya, Eastern Field Developments Limited, Finders Resources Pty. Ltd., and Banda Minerals Pty. Ltd., President Commissioner of PT Batutua Tembaga Raya and Commissioner of PT Batutua Kharisma Permai. He is a chartered accountant in Australia. Moreover, Mr. Fowler has had more than 25 years of professional experience in the mineral resources industry with expertise in finance, operations and development. He started with the Public Accounting Firm of Arthur Andersen in Perth, Australia and went on to pursue a career in the mining business, serving in various senior executive positions with Western Metal Limited in Australia and Orusur Mining Incorporated in Chile. He earned a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University, Australia, in 1986 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia in 2003.
