Frederique Pilavin

Frederique Pilavin is a Senior Investment Sales Graphic Designer at Meridian Capital Group since May 2022, specializing in the design of Offering Memoranda and Broker’s Opinion of Value for properties in the tri-state area, along with managing multiple investment sales team projects and crafting engaging social media content. Previously, Frederique served as the Lead Designer for Brown Harris Stevens, producing marketing materials for Brooklyn offices, and as a Junior Graphic Designer at Scholastic, where design work included book covers and layouts. Early career experiences include freelance graphic design for Donald J Pliner, an internship at Lifetime Brands focused on product development, and involvement in various roles including teaching tennis and volunteering as an EMT. Frederique holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Design from Syracuse University College of Visual and Performing Arts, earned in 2018.
