Sunil Gandhi

Sunil Gandhi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sunil currently serves as the Senior Vice President Finance at Meridian Credit Union, where they lead a team of over 40 people and oversees the integration of long-term strategic outlook into financial planning and forecasting. Sunil has also implemented a finance transformation, including the purchase and implementation of transformative infrastructure. Prior to this, Sunil held the position of Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis at Meridian Credit Union, where they were responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Before joining Meridian Credit Union, Sunil worked as a Brand Ambassador at Stonehooker Brewing Company in 2019. Prior to that, they spent a significant portion of their career at Scotiabank, starting in 1988. At Scotiabank, they held various senior roles, including Vice President Business Profitability & MIS, Vice President Corporate Planning & Forecasting and Management Analysis, Director of Funds Transfer Pricing, Director of Corporate Financial Analysis and Projects, and other progressively senior roles in FP&A, reporting, and business line support. During their time at Scotiabank, they played a crucial role in building and analyzing the bank's first customer-level profitability program and completing the implementation of matched maturity funds transfer pricing for the entire bank.
