Chloe Smith

Chloe Smith has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Chloe started their career as an HR Coordinator at IAG New Zealand in 2014 and worked in that role for two years. Chloe then joined Beca as a People & Culture Advisor in 2016, where they stayed for nine months. In 2017, Chloe joined IAG as an Employment Relations Specialist for just over a year. Chloe then transitioned to Meridian Energy in 2018 as an HR Consultant. Within Meridian Energy, they have held various roles, including Senior HR Business Partner from 2019 to 2021, Business Partner Lead from 2021 to 2022, and their current role as Strategic People Partner - Generation since 2022. Chloe's experience spans both large organizations like IAG and smaller companies like Beca, showcasing their adaptability and range of HR expertise.

Chloe Smith attended St. Cuthbert's College from 2005 to 2009, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Chloe then went on to attend the University of Otago from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Management.
