Kristin Wall has a diverse work experience in the field of customer insights and data analysis. Kristin began their career at Bank of America as a Marketing Database Information Analyst, where they utilized SAS knowledge to develop reporting systems, data analysis, and models for the Marketing and Business Development units. Kristin then moved on to New Zealand Post as a Customer Data Analyst and later became the Customer Interactions & Reporting Manager. At Loyalty New Zealand, they worked as a Contractor - Marketing Database Analyst, where they established and prepared new marketing campaigns and oversaw their fulfillment. Kristin also worked at Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited as a Customer Insights Manager. Kristin then joined ANZ as a Digital Customer Insights Manager, responsible for driving customer insights in the digital space. Kristin further expanded their expertise at Lincoln University New Zealand, first as a Customer & Digital Data | Insights | Contractor, and later as a Customer Insights Manager. Currently, Kristin is working at Meridian Energy as a Customer Experience Insight Manager.

From 2000 to 2005, Kristin Wall attended the University of Ottawa, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Honors degree with a specialization in Marketing.
