Kellie Pearson-Carroll, Ed.M, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Meridian Health Services Corp. since December 2019. Prior to this role, Kellie held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Tenet Healthcare from January 2016 to January 2019 and served as Executive Director of Human Resources at Prime Healthcare from September 2006 to January 2016. Kellie earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Temple University, where prior to that, a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric was also obtained.
