Brooke Thomas-Rowan

Brooke Thomas-Rowan has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Brooke is currently working as a Senior Program Manager at MeridianLink since 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at Elevations Credit Union, starting as a Director of Loan Operations from 2007 to 2013. During their time at Elevations Credit Union, Brooke served as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, where they acted as a liaison between the IT department, vendors, and business departments to improve efficiency and drive results. Brooke also held the role of AVP Technology Planning & Governance, where they were responsible for managing IT operations, strategic planning, project management, and vendor management. Additionally, they worked as a Technology Product Manager, overseeing the development of multiple products, including online banking systems for consumers and businesses. Brooke's skills include project management, stakeholder partnerships, strategic planning, and process improvement.

Brooke Thomas-Rowan completed their Master of Information Technology Management degree at Colorado State University Global from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Northern Colorado between 2000 and 2002.
