Jeff Wadholm

Jeff Wadholm has extensive work experience in revenue operations and sales operations. Jeff currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations at MeridianLink, where they are responsible for various aspects of revenue enablement, sales operations, marketing operations, and GTM systems and strategy. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations at Mindbody, overseeing corporate IT, enterprise programs and projects, product operations, global BPO, and M&A integration. Jeff also held the position of Vice President of Revenue Operations at Mindbody, focusing on value creation through people, process, and technology acceleration, and leading full-stack revenue operations across the customer journey. Before joining Mindbody, Jeff worked at GHX as the Vice President of Revenue Operations, where they modernized global sales operations and focused on aligning commercial systems, data, and processes to improve the customer experience and drive organic growth. Jeff also served as the Executive Director of Global Operations at GHX, leading sales operations across the US, Canada, and Europe and focusing on customer experience, analytics, training, systems management, and leadership. Prior to GHX, Jeff worked at Wolters Kluwer Health, where they held various roles, including Director of Business Operations, Manager of Sales Operations, Manager of Financial Planning Analysis, and Revenue Manager. Jeff has also gained experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at John Staurulakis, Inc. and as a Finance Specialist at SIRVA Relocation. Jeff started their career as a Mortgage Broker at GSF Mortgage Corporation.

Jeff Wadholm pursued their education in a chronological manner. Jeff first attended Minnesota State University Moorhead from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Finance. Following this, they went on to the University of Mary, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2006 to 2008. In 2021, Jeff enrolled in Wharton Executive Education and completed an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) program in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Jeff Wadholm has also acquired additional certifications. Jeff obtained a certification in "Wharton Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development" from Emeritus in February 2022. Moreover, they earned a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification in March 2011, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unspecified.
