Chandan Kumar

Chandan Kumar is currently the Head of Performance & Rewards at Merino Group, reporting to the Group CHRO. Prior to this role, Chandan worked as the Head of Total Rewards and HR Analytics at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. Chandan has also held positions as an HR Business Partner and HR - Operations Generalist at the same company. Chandan began their career as a CPS Intern at Mother Dairy and later worked as a Relationship Manager at Axis Bank. Chandan holds a PGDM in PM & HRD from Balaji Institute of Modern Management and a B.Sc (H) in Chemistry, Physics, Math, Environmental Science, and Computer Applications from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
