Aaron Talarico

Aaron Talarico has a diverse work experience in various industries. Aaron served as the Vice President of Land at Meritage Homes from June 2017. Prior to this, Aaron worked as the Principal of a Land Use Development & Consulting firm called Talarico & Associates, where they successfully developed and sold three coastal infill projects while managing clients' land use and development projects from June 2013 to June 2017. Aaron also held the position of Development Manager at JMI Real Estate, where they managed land use, environmental, political, and community outreach strategies for the company from May 2011 to June 2013. Aaron's experience also includes working as a Planning and Project Manager at Vista Community Planners from January 2004 to April 2011, where they were responsible for managing and preparing environmental and planning studies throughout California. Additionally, Aaron served as a Tennis Professional at ATP Tour from June 2002 to July 2004.

From 1998 to 2002, Aaron Talarico attended the University of Notre Dame, where they studied Business with a focus on Finance.
