They have been a board member at the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Vice President of Human Resources at Apollo Education Group, the Sr. HR Manager at PepsiCo, and the Labor Relations Supervisor at Ford Motor Company. They have also received education from the World at Work Executive Compensation Immersion Program and Cornell University's The Modern CHRO Role and Strategies for Success program.
