Henry W. is an experienced professional in the fields of strategic investment and public service. Currently serving as a Partner at Meritco Services since January 2021, Henry previously held the position of Senior Associate in Strategic Investment at 京东 from May 2020 to January 2021. From June 2015 to March 2020, Henry also contributed to Meritco Services as an Engagement Manager. Henry holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Finance from NYU Robert F.
