Ray Kivett

Ray Kivett has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Ray began their career at Arthur Andersen, where they worked as an Audit Senior and later became a Professional Consultant. During their time at Arthur Andersen, Ray authored a successful commercial real estate due diligence training manual.

Ray then moved to L&B Realty Advisors, LLP, where they served as Vice President, overseeing acquisitions of major retail and industrial properties for domestic pension funds and international investment clients. Ray managed a team and directed due diligence efforts for over $372 million worth of real estate acquisitions.

After their stint at L&B Realty Advisors, Ray joined Dundee American Properties as Vice President of Acquisitions. Ray led the acquisition efforts for office, community shopping center, and industrial transactions and executed due diligence for over $82 million of real estate acquisitions.

Ray's next role was at Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI), where they served as Vice President of Acquisitions. Ray managed the direct solicitation of new development partners and oversaw the acquisition efforts of various property types. Ray played a key role in completing transactions on a direct basis and had a significant impact on the company's business volume.

Following their time at PREI, Ray joined Ridge Property Trust as Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President. Ray was part of an exclusive executive team, serving as the right-hand person to the CEO. Ray oversaw all acquisitions and acted as a liaison to the Board of Trustees.

Most recently, Ray has been working at American Realty Advisors as Managing Director of Investments. In this role, they have been responsible for managing investment activities.

Ray's current position is with The Meritex Company, where they hold the role of Chief Investment Officer.

Ray Kivett obtained a BBA degree in Accounting, Finance, and Management from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Ray has not obtained any additional certifications at this time.
