Liz Gould Zito

Liz Gould Zito is an accomplished professional in the field of client partnership and customer success, currently serving as the VP, Client Partner for Retail and Consumer Goods at Merkle. With a solid background at Salesforce, Liz held multiple director roles, including Director of Marketing Cloud Customer Success for Financial Services, Director of Portfolio Success for Retail & CPG, and Director of Customer Success. Prior experience includes directing strategic accounts at CheetahMail, serving as Associate Director of Client Services at Experian CheetahMail, and leading North American business partnerships at I-play (formerly Oberon Media).
