Chaida Kapfunde

Chaida Kapfunde is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Senior Director of Technology and Business Solutions at Merlin since December 2017, where responsibilities include leading global IT strategy, budget, innovation, and governance. Previously, Chaida held positions such as Head of Technology and Development at the same company, EMEA Program Manager at Videology, Inc., IT Director at Readbug, IT Business Solutions Manager at Jordan Media, and OTR Project Manager at GE Healthcare. Chaida co-founded Readbug to launch a digital magazine subscription service and has extensive experience with various technology stacks, including Python, PHP, AWS, and database management systems. Chaida earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Law from Ithaca College.
