Jason Scherman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason began their career as a Programmer at Goodrich in 1998, where they focused on COBOL and JCL to support large-scale ERP processes. Jason played a significant role in Y2K initiatives during this time.

In 2001, Jason joined Thomson Reuters as a Senior Software Engineer, working on various projects. Jason implemented and supported infrastructure-related services utilizing IBM WebSphere and DB2 or Oracle. Jason also designed and supported proprietary solutions for highly-available and redundant searching solutions for Westlaw online and provided operational assistance on Elasticsearch configuration.

In 2018, Jason joined Datasite as a Lead Software Engineer. Their main focus was to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product within the designated timelines. Jason provided technical and team leadership, collaborated with product and management teams, and actively participated in product growth and discovery efforts.

During the same year, Jason also took on the role of Associate Head Coach at the Minnesota Cycling League. Jason provided leadership and guidance to high school youth in mountain bike racing, focusing on fitness training, skill development, and fostering relationships.
