Melissa Fazlic

Melissa Fazlic, SHRM-CP, has an extensive background in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director and previously as the Human Resources Manager at Merrimack School District since October 2019. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as an Employee Benefits Specialist for the City of Nashua, New Hampshire, from October 2016 to October 2019, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Interim HealthCare Inc. from March 2013 to October 2016. Earlier in Melissa's career, Melissa gained experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant at Elliot Hospital from June 2011 to March 2013. Academically, Melissa is pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership at the University of New Hampshire, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Manchester Community College.
