Brian P. has over 27 years of work experience in various roles related to purchasing, procurement, and supply chain management. Brian started their career at Abbott in 1993, where they served as an Operations Manager before transitioning into a Corporate Engineering role. At Abbott, Brian led a team of commodity experts, implemented cost-saving measures, and maintained a strong focus on ethics and policy compliance. In 2004, they joined Hospira as a Senior Manager of Purchasing, where they led a global team and played a key role in implementing SAP. Brian then moved to Baxter International Inc. in 2008, where they served as the Director of Purchasing and led a team in establishing category strategies and ensuring a sufficient supply of raw materials. Lastly, since 2014, Brian has been working at Merz Aesthetics, where they held the positions of Director of Supplier Management and Procurement, and later expanded their role to include demand planning. Brian successfully resolved critical supplier issues and built strong relationships with internal customers. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering results.

Brian P. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University. Brian also holds a lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) certification from the Institute for Supply Management, which they obtained in 1999.
