Steve Aquino

Steve Aquino is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal at LegalMesh since July 2024. Prior to this role, Steve worked as Counsel for Digital Assets and Emerging Technologies at Bevilacqua PLLC, where advisory services were provided to tech companies, start-ups, and Web3 and DeFi enterprises regarding regulatory matters. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Thompson Coburn LLP, representing corporate clients in complex commercial disputes and providing counsel on regulatory and compliance issues, and as a Litigation Associate at The Law Offices of Joel B. Rudin, P.C., focusing on civil and criminal litigation related to civil rights and wrongful convictions. Steve began their legal career as a Summer Law Clerk for the Honorable Paul A. Crotty at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
