Caroline H. has over 17 years of work experience in the communications, marketing and PR fields. caroline began their career in 2005 as a Senior PR & Communications Consultant for Hacker Consulting LLC. In 2013, they joined Allison+Partners as Interim VP, where they were responsible for the D.C. office. Later that year, they became a Marketing & PR Projects Contributor for Upwork (formerly Elance). In 2014, they served as a PR consultant for Counsyl (acquired by Myriad Genetics) and a Marketing Consultant for Sano Intelligence. caroline then became Head of Marketing for Protenus in 2016. In 2017, they joined ForeSee as Communications & Content Director (acquired by Verint in Dec. 2018). In 2020, they became a Senior Communications and PR Lead for SugarCRM, where they built and oversaw a global communications program. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as Head Of Communications for Mesh Payments.

Caroline H. received a B.A. in Communications Studies from Virginia Tech and attended Mclean High School.
