Rinat Kapuza

Rinat Kapuza has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. In 2021, they began working as the Head of HR for Mesh Payments. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources at Cybereason from 2013-2021, during which time they also held the role of Director of HR and Operations and HR and Operations Manager. From 2012-2013, they were a Customer Manager at OnTheMob and from 2007-2012 they were an HR Manager at Metacafe.

Rinat Kapuza obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the Academic College of Emek Yezreel in 2007. Rinat then went on to receive a Master of Arts degree in Women & Gender Studies from Tel Aviv University in 2012.
