Corey Pavlich, PhD, has extensive experience in research and program evaluation, particularly in social science and user experience. As a Social Scientist with the US Marine Corps from May 2019 to July 2022, Corey served as a Subject Matter Expert and Action Officer, focusing on continuous process improvements for the Marine and Family Division. Currently a UX Researcher at Meta since July 2022, Corey leads significant UX research initiatives that have influenced substantial ad revenue and enhanced scams reduction strategies. Academic contributions include roles as Visiting Assistant Professor at Cleveland State University and Graduate Research Associate at the University of Arizona, where Corey developed curricula and conducted research on improving cognitive reasoning in intelligence analysis. Corey earned a PhD in Communication from the University of Arizona, following a Master of Arts in the same field and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from The University of Akron.
