Hazel Rainey

Hazel Rainey possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations, with a career spanning multiple roles in various companies. Starting as a Project Data Coordinator at Stiefel, a GSK company, from October 2005 to September 2007, Hazel transitioned to an HR Administrator position at Valista from May 2008 to March 2009. Subsequently, Hazel served as an HR Generalist, HR Operations Team Lead, and HR Business Partner at FINEOS from September 2015 to July 2019. Currently, Hazel works at Meta, holding roles as a People Operations Partner and People Service Delivery & Oversight Lead since July 2019. Hazel's educational background includes a Master of Business Studies in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from Dublin Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Psychology and Spanish from the National University of Ireland, Galway, complemented by an Erasmus year at Universidad de Málaga.
