Ilias Leontiadis

Ilias Leontiadis is a highly experienced research scientist specializing in mobile AI, currently serving as a Staff Research Scientist at Meta since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ilias was the Principal Scientist at Samsung AI Research Center, where leadership of a research group on supporting mobile AI through on-device and distributed computing was emphasized. Ilias has held various positions at Telefónica Research, including Senior Researcher, and at the University of Cambridge as a Research Associate on a project related to federated secure sensor networks.
