Irene Lim

Irene Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and risk management, currently serving as an Angel Investor at Epic Angels since July 2024, and as a Global Response Operations team member at Meta since December 2018. At Meta, Irene focuses on building detection and response solutions for severe platform harms, while previously managing risk and intelligence operations across APAC markets. As co-founder and advising partner of Dapat Studio, a Filipino social impact design studio, Irene aligns social imagination with design for transformative community engagement. Irene's past roles include leading program management at Voyager Innovations, where significant achievements included overseeing a $215 million deal and establishing a new Loyalty and Rewards solutions business, as well as consulting on transformation strategies with Accenture. Irene holds a Global MBA from Macquarie Business School and a BS in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
