Jasmine L.

Jasmine L. has a diverse background with experience in cybersecurity, software development, and language studies. As a SureStart 2021 Trainee at SureStart, Jasmine developed neural network models using Tensor Flow and Keras, extended the MNIST dataset, and implemented an emotion detection project. Jasmine received the WiCyS Security Training Scholarship, aimed at advancing careers in cybersecurity. While studying Arabic in Amman, Jordan, as a Critical Language Scholar with the U.S. Department of State, Jasmine focused on the Levantine Dialect, Media Arabic, and Fusha. Currently, as a Site Ops Data Center Capacity Engineer at Meta, Jasmine’s role also includes responsibilities as an Offensive Security Engineer. Previous experience includes a Cyber Engineering Internship and Network & System Engineering Internship at Northrop Grumman, where Jasmine worked on building legacy software and configuring network devices.
