Kalyan Bemalkhedkar

Kalyan Bemalkhedkar is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in AI model deployment and recommendation systems. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Meta since October 2024, Kalyan supports high-scale model deployment infrastructure. Prior to Meta, Kalyan held a Senior Manager position at Wayfair from June 2019 to October 2024, overseeing engineering teams focused on search and content recommendations, leading significant architecture upgrades that improved speed and developer efficiency while generating substantial revenue. Kalyan's earlier experience includes over a decade at MathWorks in various senior technical roles, contributing to systems validation, code generation, and the launch of industry-leading products like Simulink PLC Coder. Kalyan also has a strong academic foundation, holding a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.
