Kate Lasater is an experienced recruiter with a diverse background in technical recruiting and client relations. Kate began at Workbridge Associates as a recruiter from August 2012 to December 2013, specializing in the placement of engineers and developers, while also serving as a Lead Technical Recruiter, managing full-life cycle recruiting and business development for various clients, including Fortune 100 companies. Following that, Kate worked at SigFig as a Senior Technical Recruiter and then as a Technical Recruiter from July 2017 to December 2017, contributing to the advancement of financial technology initiatives. Currently, Kate holds a position in Executive Search for Production Engineering at Meta, starting in January 2018.
