Kate Stern is an accomplished design program manager with a robust background in corporate communications. With a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin, Kate began a career in inside sales for Sony Electronics at Engauge (US) from August 2006 to August 2009. From December 2013 to July 2016, Kate held multiple positions at Meta, ultimately serving as Design Program Manager in the Global Marketing Solutions team. Since February 2021, Kate has been the Director and Head of Design Program Management at Meta & Instagram, leading strategic initiatives in design across the platforms.
