Matt Benton

Matt Benton currently leads the Mobile Identity growth team at Meta, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp since February 2020. Prior to this role, Benton served as a Senior Manager in Product Operations at Uber, where responsibilities included global product strategy and operations for shared rides products, as well as managing technology deployment across EMEA. Benton also held positions as Junior Partner at Uber and Associate at Meadowbrook Capital, LLC, managing a fund in the restaurant sector, along with an internship at WealthTrust, an investment management firm. Benton holds a degree in Economics from the University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration.
