Matt Downing has extensive experience in technology and operations management, beginning with a role in Tech Help Desk, Inventory, and FCS at Bank One from September 1992 to May 1999. Following this, Matt served as Sr. Tech Production Support Specialist at First Data until March 2010 and then worked as an Engineer on the CIG WebOps Team at JPMorgan Chase until November 2012. Matt transitioned into a Senior Technical Manager role at OCLC from November 2016 to August 2020, later advancing to Director Technology at the same organization. Currently, Matt is the Production Operations Manager at Meta, starting in August 2020.
