Miao Li

Miao Li is a Principal Software Engineer at Meta since January 2017, specializing in software development with a focus on machine learning and personalization. Prior experience includes working at Yahoo! as a Software Development Engineer from April 2013 to January 2017, where Miao contributed to the development of a Content Personalization & Understanding platform aimed at enhancing user engagement through behavior and preference modeling. Miao has also completed internships at Microsoft, designing a machine learning-based bot for email intent classification, and at Baidu, focusing on relevance metrics and big data processing. Miao holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
