Mits Naka has over two decades of diverse experience in procurement, retail management, sales, and business development across leading technology companies. Starting as a Procurement Specialist at Sony Engineering, Mits managed vendor selection and negotiations for key components used in Sony Walkman and PlayStation peripherals. Transitioning to Apple, significant roles included In Store Solutions Manager and Production and Merchandising Manager, focusing on merchandising strategy and operational efficiency across the APAC region. Mits then served at Google as Store Operations Senior Manager, enhancing customer engagement through physical retail touchpoints. Subsequent leadership roles at Kyash and Meta included driving business development and channel enablement initiatives. Mits holds a Bachelor of Arts from Doshisha University and an Executive MBA, Cum Laude, from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
