Mon Souriya has a solid background in facility engineering and management, beginning as a Facility Engineer at Egis Real Estate Services from July 2005 to October 2007. Following this role, Mon served as a Critical Environment Facility Engineer for Data Centers at McKinstry until December 2011. Mon then advanced to Amazon, where the position of Colocation Engineering Optimization and Auditing Manager was held from January 2012 to March 2021.
