Muzi Chen, Ph.D., is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in UX and mixed methods research. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Meta, Muzi designs and delivers impactful usability studies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior roles include Contract Researcher at the Minnesota Office of Higher Education, where evaluative research on the Get Ready program was conducted, and UX Researcher at choicemoms.org, where foundational research informed resources for users. Muzi's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Family Social Science and multiple degrees from the University of Minnesota, showcasing a strong foundation in psychology and human development.
