Nicholas Schaefer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contingent workforce program management and talent acquisition. Nicholas began his career as a caddie at Ivanhoe Club, where notable participation included the 2009 PGA Tour Byron Nelson Classic. After joining Allegis Group in December 2008, Nicholas progressed through various roles, including Contingent Workforce Program Management and Recruiting, and later served as Director of Program Operations and Client Delivery at Allegis Global Solutions until October 2022. Currently, Nicholas serves as the Director, Global Head of Contingent Workforce at Meta, while also taking on the role of Head T-Ball Coach at Little League International since March 2024. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an Accounting emphasis from the University of Colorado Boulder.
