Nithish Pai is an accomplished data and applied scientist with a strong background in machine learning and software engineering. Nithish began a career as a Research Engineer at Xerox Research Centre India from August 2015 to August 2017, followed by a role at Microsoft as a Data and Applied Scientist from August 2017 to August 2018. Subsequently, Nithish served as a Senior Data Scientist at Flipkart from August 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included hiring and mentoring data scientists and contributing to team growth in user acquisition and retention.
