Richa began a career as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies, followed by a role as a Senior Software Engineer at AppLabs. Richa then advanced to a Senior Test Engineer position at MindTree Consulting Ltd before serving in various capacities including Senior Associate and Senior Associate (QA) at Sapient Corporation. After a tenure as Program Manager and Senior Program Manager at Adobe, Richa transitioned to Expedia Group as a Senior Program Manager and is currently a Technical Program Manager at Meta.
